I’m running for Multnomah County Commission because, like many of you, I’m frustrated.
We have got to respond with more than compassion to the crises we are facing today – we need urgency and courage. There are proven strategies that we could be using right now to help move people off the streets, fight the rising tide of drug addiction, increase access to affordable childcare, and provide more of the critical services that are the core mission of our county government – help those most in need.
Now is not the time to give up hope, now is the time to act.
